Striped Trousers: A must for this winter

This week I want to talk about a style that is present every year, but this year has reached a high level of importance in the latest collections of great designers: Striped Trousers. One of the reasons is because it can be weared in formal, semi formal and informal events, the important thing is in knowing with which we must combine this style.

This print has gained over the years a great place in the world of fashion, becoming a basic piece that every man should have. Today I want to refer to pants with vertical stripes: What are the benefits? Is there a correct way to use or combine them?

There are several types of trousers with vertical stripes, more tight or wide, short or long, and of different textures. But, there is a point where, independent of the type to which it belongs, it will always provide us with a specific benefit: it helps us to define our silhouette in a better way. That is, it gives us a fundamental tool to see ourselves stylized, and different.

Regarding the combinations that we can achieve with these pants, as I said in the first part of this post, this style can be used in all kinds of occasions, the important thing will be to combine it with clothes suitable for each event.

If you're attending a formal event, a good idea would be to combine these trousers with a white shirt, black shoes and a tie without prints. This is because the pants must be the protagonists of the outfit, and not another element present in this.

In the case of attending a semi formal event, we can combine it with a white shirt, a leather jacket like the one I am using, and some black shoes with a different design, with a colored sole, or something like that .

Finally, in the case of attending an informal event, the outfit presented in this post is perfect for that occasion, since the trousers give us elegance and distinction, but, with the union of the other garments that style is achieved a bit more rebel. One of the fundamental points in all outfit is the footwear, in this case to give a more informal touch, I used a pair of white converse. This traditional model gives us style, personality and a unique attitude towards others.

Recommendations: It is important to note that the styles of the stripes in this type of pants must be taken into account, to achieve a good use of them in different occasions. For example, for more formal events, the ideal is to use stripes such as those that have the pants that I use in photos, that is, thinner, as it delivers some elegance to our figure and outfit, instead, for more informal events, You can use stripes of different sizes, whether they are wider or thinner, for those occasions we should not limit ourselves to this point.
